Skills
The role
We’re delighted to be recruiting a Customer Relations Administrator to join our team.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our Customer Relations team plays a key role in finding out what’s working and what isn’t, turning around a poor experience, celebrating the great ones and learning from every one of them.
You’ll be part of our Customer Relations Administration Team, supporting our Complaints Officers and the wider business to find the best solutions for our customers.
What you'll do
We’re looking for someone with experience in administrative support, who isn’t afraid to talk with customers about anything that’s troubling them, loves working with like-minded colleagues and enjoys putting a smile back on someone’s face.
If you’re confident talking with anyone, comfortable handling the occasional tricky conversation, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have provided administrative support before, this could be the role for you.
How you'll work
You’ll spend a minimum of three days a week at our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), connecting and collaborating with colleagues. The other days are yours to work wherever suits you best, whether that’s another of our offices, a café or home.
Hiring process
We’ll review and interview suitable candidates as applications come in. If we receive enough, we’ll close the advert early, so please apply today so you don’t miss out.

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.
We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?
We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.
- We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
- We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone
As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership.
