The role

Are you organised, detail-minded and happiest when things run smoothly? We’re looking for a Legal Team Administrator to join our friendly, values-led team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You’ll give a high level of service and support to colleagues and stakeholders by carrying out all the administrative work the Legal Team needs, accurately and on time. That might mean maintaining the case management systems for all legal casework, collating disclosure documents so we can respond under the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Condition claims, or helping with property transactional matters. Whatever the task, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team.

You’ll join a team that’s passionate about doing the right thing. You’ll work with colleagues across a diverse organisation, helping to find solutions and make a real difference.

How you'll work

You’ll be based either at our Yeovil (BA22 8WN) or Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) office, and we ask that you’re in the office at least three days a week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. For the other two days, you can work wherever suits you best, whether that’s at another of our offices or at home.

Your new role

We’re looking for someone who excels at managing a busy workload, is organised, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses great communication skills (we love teamwork!). Experience in an administrative role is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn go a long way.

Ready to make an impact in a role where your efforts truly matter? Apply now and be part of something special.

Hiring process

We’ll be holding interviews on Tuesday, 24 November 2026 at Abri’s Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).

We’ll review applications and interview suitable people as they come in. If we receive enough applications, we’ll close the advert early, so please apply today so you don’t miss out.

About the company & team

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
  • We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
