Job Title: Customer Service

Hours: Full-Time
Salary: £15.00 per Hours - 42 hours a week - 4on 4off shift pattern.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
• Provide information on products and services.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
