Visa & relocation

This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

The role

We are looking for a team player to join the Sports Department to enhance our customer service experience by helping, guiding and motivating our members through their fitness and wellbeing journey.

The post is for an average of 26.25 hours per week (excluding breaks) on a 2-week rota, working 9.5 hours on alternate Sundays.

How you'll work

Location: Oxford University Sports Complex, Iffley Road, Oxford OX4 1EQ

About You

A good understanding of standard administrative procedures evidenced by formal qualifications and/or experience at a similar level
Ability to use standard computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A good understanding of issues around confidentiality
Ability to understand and pass on clear and accurate information
To be self-motivated and work effectively, knowing when to refer matters to others
