The role

We’re looking for a Team Member to join our fantastic team at the Victoria & Albert Museum Members' Restaurant and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to members and guests.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
Ensure tables and restaurant areas are clean, organised, and welcoming.
Support the team in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Handle guest requests and queries with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

We Offer

Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Full time/ Permanent

Qualifications

About the Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or customer service is desirable.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Friendly, positive, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
A passion for food, drink, and hospitality is an advantage.
