National Account Manager

As a National Account Manager - Field Based you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and achieving sales, gross margin targets and operational excellence for a specified allocation of customers across Private, Domestic & Utilities
• Maximise sales and GP growth, identifying opportunities to expand scope of current activity
• Lead and manage project activity identified jointly by customers and Wolseley, as being value add and beneficial to both companies
• Integrate with a strong sales culture, build close relationships with customers, within the Nationals structure and contribute to the Corporate, Home Services & Hospitality Team development strategy

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.

• Experience operating as an account manager.
• Has demonstrated clear capability in managing complex issues and delivered sustainable results.
• Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills
• Significant sales experience within the industry with a proven track record of delivery
