The role
The Service Advisor role plays a key part in ensuring every customer has a positive, clear and supportive experience. You'll act as the connection between our customers and our workshop team-helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and creating a welcoming, trusted environment for customers.
What you'll do
- Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle's service or repair
- Giving regular updates in a communication style that works best for the customer
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer
- Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction
What we're looking for
- At least 12 months of experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Franchise experience would be an advantage, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
- A proactive approach to meeting targets, managing your time and staying calm during peak periods
- Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
