The role

The role supports the delivery of a high-quality programme of development, donor stewardship and alumni engagement events, helping to strengthen relationships with the School's supporters and wider community. A key focus will be coordinating meetings and events for the School's International Advisory Board and Dean's Circle, alongside donor visits, roundtables and other engagement opportunities that showcase the School's research, teaching, students and global impact.

Working closely with development, alumni relations and communications colleagues, you will coordinate event planning, invitations, attendee communications and logistical arrangements, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for participants. You will also support a programme of national and international alumni events marking the School's 15th anniversary in 2027, as well as the annual graduation celebration.
