The role

As a Data, Insights and Systems Officer, you will help maintain and develop the systems, data and reporting capabilities that support Student Experience and the wider Student Experience and Support Directorate. You will provide the evidence, insights and technical expertise needed to improve services, understand student needs and support informed decision-making across the University.

Working within a passionate and ambitious team that supports over 40,000 students to settle in and thrive at Leeds, you will work with IT to maintain and enhance key systems used for student engagement, enquiries and reporting, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and trusted. You will use your technical and systems expertise to support process improvement, develop user-friendly reporting and dashboards, and help colleagues make effective use of data in their work.

A key aspect of the role is working collaboratively with stakeholders across the University to translate data into actionable insights that enhance the student experience. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of systems and processes, ensuring they meet operational, reporting and data quality requirements.
