The role

We are looking for a data-driven and analytically minded graduate to join our Memberships team as a Membership Executive. This is an entry-level role designed for someone with a background in business, analytics or a related discipline who is passionate about using data to drive commercial performance.

Reporting into the Senior Membership Executive, you will play a central role in tracking, analysing and reporting on membership sales, campaign performance, benefit engagement and platform conversion. Your work will directly inform the strategic decisions of the Memberships team and contribute to the Club's goal of growing its membership base.

This role offers excellent exposure across all areas of the membership business - from marketing and CRM performance to platform analytics and operational reporting - and is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sports business, digital or data.

What you'll do

  • Support the Senior Membership Executive in tracking and analysing membership sales performance, with the goal of identifying opportunities to increase sales volumes.
  • Ensure daily membership sales reporting is accurate, up to date and distributed to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and develop the team's reporting framework, building on existing tools to improve clarity and usefulness of data outputs across the business.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of a team dashboard, enabling the Memberships team to track their objectives and KPIs in real time throughout the season.
  • Work closely with the Membership Marketing Executive to support campaign performance reporting across all channels, including email, paid media and web.
  • Track and analyse key campaign metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, click-through rates and cost-per-acquisition, providing regular performance summaries to the team.
  • Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities within campaign data, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Support post-campaign analysis to inform future planning and improve targeting efficiency across acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Work within the membership platform (Limio) to identify points of drop-off in the sign-up and renewal journey, and flag areas where conversion improvements can be made.
  • Track and report on member engagement with the One Hotspur Hub, monitoring usage patterns and identifying opportunities to drive greater benefit uptake.
  • Track member benefit redemption for member codes and vouchers, reporting on redemption rates and supporting campaigns designed to improve usage.
  • Monitor and report on member usage of SpursPlay, identifying trends and collaborating with the team to develop initiatives that improve engagement with the platform.
  • Manage and maintain the membership email inbox, ensuring member enquiries are triaged accurately and directed to the right team member promptly.
  • Work with the Supporter Services team to ensure that member-facing FAQs and support journeys are accurate, up to date and reflective of the current product offering.
  • Analyse membership pack costs and postage expenditure, identifying and recommending efficiency gains to reduce cost without compromising member experience.
  • Be willing to work matchdays as required, representing the Memberships team and supporting the delivery of member activations and experiences at the Stadium.

Personal Attributes

  • A curious, data-driven mindset with a genuine interest in understanding what the numbers are saying and why.
  • Commercially aware and motivated by the idea of contributing to revenue growth and improved business performance.
  • Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to work across teams and build effective working relationships.
  • Reliable and thorough, taking pride in the accuracy and quality of their work.
  • Enthusiastic about football and the supporter experience, with an understanding of what membership means to fans.
  • Flexible and willing to work matchdays, evenings and weekends as required by the needs of the role.
