• Previous experience within an outbound sales environment and upselling
• Good geographical knowledge

We are looking for a Locksmith Support Advisor to provide an excellent support service to our Mobile Locksmith / Security Team and Customers, ensuring that all calls are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner to enable a smooth and seamless service. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for supporting the optimization of our Locksmiths' workload. You will need to be self-motivated and able to make quick decisions.

* Making and receiving telephone calls/emails from Customers and Locksmiths

* Logging all jobs and liaising with Locksmiths and other workshops

* Job completions - this will include closing jobs with locksmiths and customers, updating portals and chasing payments

* Drive revenue-seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations and requirements

Hours: The hours are 40 per week over 5 days, Monday Saturday (Saturday on a Rota basis) between the hours of 8.00 am 6.00 pm
