- Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage

- Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times
- Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
- Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
- Operate industrial dishwasher
Languages
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
- Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred

The role
A brand new, purpose built, Co-ed independent senior school, multi-million pound senior school in Olympia. Catering for about 120 students and teachers initially. We offer a core feeding of Lunch and high end hospitality. This location operates Monday to Friday and benefits from great transport links.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in London.
What you'll do
You'll be playing a big part in keeping the kitchen hygienic, safe, and up to our very high standards of cleanliness.
We are looking for
- Kitchen Porter experience is preferred, but not essential.
