The role
A Scottish professional football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife. Here we cater for a number of different events through the year ranging from corporate and private meeting & events to the absolutely enthralling match days over the course of the year. With a variety of Food & Beverage outlets to choose from, it is an outstanding venue that offers attendees a fun day out. Free parking and tickets for games.
What you'll do
Prepare and cook menu items in line with established recipes and standards
Assist with food preperation, portion, and plating
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Support the kitchen team during service periods
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior staff
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
Adapt quickly to different shifts and service demands
