As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of how our brands collections come to life. You'll be a vital assistance to the Assistant Buyer and Buyer on the department, directly contributing to the development and delivery of our range that sets our brand apart.

• As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll be the go-to-person for the critical path, tracking timelines and ensuring every stage of the product lifecycle runs smoothly and efficiently.
• You'll take ownership of sample management, from organisation and tracking to preparing samples for meetings, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
• You'll actively contribute to analysing competitor activity and the latest seasonal trends, helping us stay ahead of the curve and inform our future brands collections.
• As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in coordinating and preparing for range sign-off meetings, managing our systems and processes that keep our department moving forward seamlessly.
• Immersing yourself in our brands brand, you'll gain deep knowledge of our business and actively contribute to the creation of a profitable range.
