The role

What you'll do

Act as the senior escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.
Support and enhance the day-to-day operation of the IT Service Desk across TFG UK
Manage and support Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint
Lead technical investigations, identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
Deliver technology projects such as device refreshes, office moves and store technology upgrades
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
Mentor Support Engineers and promote best practice across the team
Partner with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality IT support services
