Buying and Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Buying and Production Assistant to support the Buying team in delivering an inspiring and commercially successful retail offer for our Gallery shops and online store. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, an eye for aesthetics, and a genuine enthusiasm for art, design, and contemporary material culture.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the buying process from product selection through to launch, while also assisting with e-commerce workflows, product imagery, and administrative coordination. Creative flair and an appreciation for visual presentation are highly desirable.

The Buying team sits within National Gallery Global, the commercial arm of the National Gallery. The team is focused on delivering a distinctive, best-in-class retail proposition that enhances the Gallery's reputation, broadens audience appeal, and drives revenue growth across both onsite and e-commerce channels.
