Housing Manager - Tenancies

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing services while helping to achieve the Council's vision and priorities.

Reporting to the Head of Housing, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of key tenancy-related services throughout the tenancy lifecycle. You will lead and develop teams, manage resources and budgets, and ensure services are delivered to the highest professional and regulatory standards.

You will work closely with tenants, colleagues, partners, contractors, elected members and other stakeholders to deliver tenant focussed housing services and continuously improve services for our tenants and residents.
