If you are looking for a high visibility role at the centre of Group Finance, this is an exceptional opportunity. As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will work across complex UK and US listed reporting requirements, partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to how financial performance is communicated at the highest levels of the organisation. This role offers real exposure, technical depth and variety, making it ideal for someone who thrives on complex accounting challenges and wants to make a meaningful impact in a global business.
What you'll do
You will operate within the Group Financial Reporting team, supporting the central consolidation function and delivering high quality external reporting across a global organisation.
Your role will involve working across UK and US listed reporting requirements, contributing to external reporting outputs including regulatory filings such as Form 20-F. You will take ownership of complex accounting areas including acquisition accounting, impairment assessments and statutory profit adjustments, ensuring alignment with IFRS and Group policies.
You will collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders including Treasury, Tax and other finance teams, particularly during peak reporting periods such as half year and year end. You will also work with external auditors, supporting audits and ensuring strong governance and compliance within a SOX controlled environment.
A key part of this role is translating complex accounting topics into clear and practical insights. You will write technical accounting papers, apply sound judgement and communicate effectively with non finance stakeholders and senior leaders.
This is a highly visible and varied position, offering exposure to VP and SVP stakeholders and involvement in ongoing transactions, acquisitions and restructurings.
This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to operate confidently in a large, complex organisation. Success comes from being able to combine expertise with clear communication and sound judgment.
