The role

Job Title - Contract Reviewer
Job Type - 12 Months Temporary
Location - Birmingham Area (5 days a week on site)
Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Salary - £30,000 pro rata
Industry - Business Assurance

What you'll do

To prepare, review and maintain contracts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Making sure all contracts are up to date and within agreed service level agreements
Working to high level of accuracy

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in contract management or file reviewing.

You will also have the following

Previous experience in an administrative role within a target driven customer service environment
Show ability in using MS Office and also other online CRM's
Experience producing professional communications
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
