RF Team Leader

Sepura develops Mission Critical TETRA/LTE radios (sub 6GHz)/Cellular/BT/WiFi/GNSS/NFC).

We create designs from market requirements to customer delivery in Cambridge UK and manufacture in Europe; delivering the right solutions to our worldwide customers. They include police, fire and ambulance services across the world as well as critical mining and industrial customers.

We are global leaders in the design, development and supply of innovative communications solutions in multiple market segments including emergency services. We are immersed in the transition from TETRA to LTE ESN services and developing challenging/complex radios (vehicle based and handheld devices with a vast array of support accessories) to support our customers.

We are seeking an experienced RF engineer to play a pivotal role in leading/mentoring the RF team and developing innovative products, leveraging their expertise in RF systems/electronics design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in RF product design, experience of leadership and/or mentoring a technical team, enjoy problem-solving, and be an excellent communicator.
