Electronics Test & Automation Team Leader

It's an exciting time to come and join the Sepura team. We are seeking an experienced Electronics Test & Automation Team Leader to lead a team responsible for the verification, characterisation, automation and investigation of electronic subsystems and products across TETRA, LTE and future communication technologies.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position, combining people leadership with practical engineering responsibility. You will lead a team of Baseband and RF Test Engineers delivering verification, characterisation and automated test solutions for Sepura's critical communication products.

You will be responsible for ensuring test coverage, automation strategy, resource planning and technical excellence across the team while actively contributing to complex investigations, test development, automation frameworks and product validation activities.

Working closely with Electronics Design, Systems Engineering, Conformance, Manufacturing Test Engineering, Quality and Project Management, you will ensure products are robustly verified and transitioned successfully into production.
