Employer Engagement Coach

Job Purpose

The Employer Engagement Coach will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong employer partnerships that create sustainable employment opportunities for participants on our youth employment programmes.

Based in Walthamstow, East London, the role will focus on generating vacancies, securing interviews, supporting recruitment activity, and ensuring participants successfully transition into and sustain employment. The successful candidate will work closely with Employment Coaches, employers, and external stakeholders to maximise job outcomes and employer satisfaction.

This is a target-driven role requiring a proactive and commercially minded individual with experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, or employability services.
