Programme Coordinator

Job Purpose

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and participant-focused Programme Co-Ordinator to support the successful delivery of the our Youth Programmes

The Programme Co-ordinator will act as the first point of contact for participant referrals received from the Prime Contractor and will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding journey. The postholder will be responsible for contacting all referrals within two working days, arranging enrolment and induction activities within five working days, and developing the initial participant action plan before a seamless handover to the Employment Coach.

The role is central to ensuring contract compliance, participant tracking, performance monitoring, attendance management, and evidence collection throughout the participant journey. The Programme Co-Ordinator will oversee participant records from initial referral through pre-employability training, work placement activity, and programme completion, ensuring all contractual evidence and compliance requirements are met.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail focused and committed to delivering an outstanding participant experience while ensuring the programme remains fully compliant with contractual requirements.
