We're HIRING for a creatively led global experience agency specializing in culture and live engagement, with an international footprint spanning major global hubs. They deliver ambitious, high-impact work for a stellar roster of global brands, reimagining how audiences are engaged, immersed, and entertained across experiential, content, and broadcast-led events worldwide.

Their dedicated production division is actively driving complex experiences across the UK, mainland Europe, Australia, and North America. We're looking for a Senior Production Manager to act as a key senior figurehead and go-to technical expert for internal teams, project leads, and external partners.

You'll be trusted with large-scale, high-budget productions-owning delivery from concept ideation through to final execution, ensuring that health, safety, technical, fabrication, and logistical elements align seamlessly.

What you'll bring

• Senior experience in live events and experiential production, with a strong working knowledge of content and broadcast disciplines.
• Confident financial acumen and ownership of £1m+ production and technical budgets, driving supplier negotiations and commerciality.
• Advanced knowledge and regular use of technical packages such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Vectorworks to collaborate with 3D/architectural teams.
• Extensive expertise in H&S, compliance, security, permits, insurance, and licensing requirements.
• An ever-growing network of trusted suppliers and an active interest in the latest event technical innovations and sustainable processes.
• Calm, solutions-focused leadership and a collaborative, can-do, team-first approach under pressure.
