We're partnering with a multi-award-winning global communications agency to find an exceptional change communications leader. If you excel at shaping narratives that resonate across complex organizations and want full remote flexibility backed by a brilliant, collaborative team, this role is for you!

What's Different About This Role?

You'll join an agile, entrepreneurial agency that grew from a tight-knit team of 10 to nearly 100 employees, blending the stability of a private enterprise with an energising, growth-focused culture. Powered by a true "Culture of Belonging," you'll enjoy a remote setup where no one works alone, complete with regular team days and legendary annual company socials.

What You'll Bring:

  • Background: Extensive experience leveraging impactful communications to drive successful organisational change within large, complex corporate or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Expertise: Deep proficiency in change management principles, organisational development methodologies, and multi-country stakeholder engagement.
  • Project & Financial Acumen: Exceptional project management skills paired with robust budget management experience from initial build to tracking.
  • Creative Versatility: Strong, versatile copywriting and marketing skills with a flair for digital campaigns and multi-channel strategies.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to partner seamlessly with internal studio teams (design, video, digital, and copy) to bring creative briefs to life.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Strategy: Shape and execute strategic change management communication plans that guide employees through major business transformations.
  • Drive Engagement: Partner with internal clients to design targeted campaigns, evaluate impact, assess readiness, and measure performance.
  • Manage Creative Execution: Oversee asset creation from brief to launch by collaborating with cross-functional studio teams.
  • Oversee Budgets: Own programme budgets, financial tracking, and resource management across multiple concurrent projects.

Why You'll Love It:

  • Flexibility: Enjoy a fully remote working model equipped with all necessary tech, a "work from anywhere" option, and 32 days of holiday (including bank holidays and a 3-day Christmas shutdown).
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Receive a competitive salary package, annual performance bonus, referral bonus, and enhanced sick/family leave.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Access private healthcare, therapy services, in-house mental health first aiders, yearly health checks, discounted gym memberships, and spa breaks.
  • Career Growth: Benefit from tailored development plans, career pathing, structured onboarding, and active mentorship opportunities.

The Ideal Fit:

You are an energetic, adaptable communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You speak the language of change management, possess stellar copywriting and project management skills, and love bringing creative, results-driven campaigns to life.
