Casual Visitor Services Assistant

Overview of the Role:

An exciting position of Casual Visitor Services Assistant has arisen at RHS Garden Rosemoor. Working with the existing team you will drive standards in customer service with a focus on sales and promoting repeat visitation by interpreting our diverse calendar of events to visitors.

The position of Casual Visitor Services Assistant post involves meeting and greeting each visitor to RHS Garden Rosemoor with a targeted welcome including information on joining the RHS to all non-members. The candidate will ideally be passionate about customer service, sales and the work of the RHS. Candidates will be able to confidently and professionally speak with all members of the public giving varied and detailed information clearly. You will naturally be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and have a flexible approach to work.

As a Visitor Services Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Covering evening shifts during RHS Rosemoor Glow
• Providing an engaging welcome to RHS Garden Rosemoor
• Ensuring our guests make the most of their visit
• Maintaining a tidy and efficient work area
• Working with EPOS systems and tablets
