Housekeeper

The role

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team.

In this role, you'll help ensure our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and presented to a consistently high standard. You'll work independently while also supporting the wider hotel team to create a welcoming experience for every guest.

This is a full-time role based on a weekly schedule. Flexibility and availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays are essential.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

• Cleaning and preparing hotel bedrooms to a consistently high standard.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
• Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies.
• Vacuuming floors and cleaning surfaces, furniture and equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage or supply requirements promptly.
• Completing periodic and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
• Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Following all health and safety, cleaning and hotel procedures.
• Responding to guest and colleague requests in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
• Supporting the wider hotel team when required.

We're seeking someone who has

• A positive, hardworking and reliable attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The flexibility and availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
