About the Role

We're looking for a detail‑driven, hardworking Room Attendant to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll ensure rooms are spotless, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards, supporting the wider housekeeping team in creating a comfortable stay for every guest.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and amenities.
• Work from daily room lists, arrivals and departures, completing every task to a consistent standard.
• Carry out seasonal tasks such as mattress turning, curtain cleaning and deep‑clean duties.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and log all defects correctly.
• Handle guest laundry, lost property and room supplies in line with procedures.
• Fulfil guest requests politely, professionally and promptly.
• Maintain your service area, equipment and trolley to required standards.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene and manual‑handling procedures.

Who You Are

• Experience in cleaning roles (domestic, industrial or hotel).
• Able to communicate in English at CEFR A1 level.
• High attention to detail, positive attitude and pride in personal presentation.
• Bonus: customer service experience, COSHH or Health & Safety awareness.
