- Supporting our onboarding process including monitoring compliance (Right To Work Checks) and managing RTW enquiries.
- Building talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
- Supporting apprenticeships, work experience placements and other future talent initiatives.
- Representing ILH at careers fairs, hospitality events and recruitment open days.
- Using recruitment data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Supporting projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities and help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality.

- To be successful in this role, you'll have experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site environment (Hospitality/Retail/FMCG).
- Experience of managing high volumes of management vacancies at any one time (40+)
- You'll be a proactive recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- A continuous improvement mindset is a must, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
- Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- A passion for identifying and engaging great talent.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
