We're looking for an ambitious Deputy General Manager to help lead one of our restaurants and play a key role in building one of the UK's most exciting new restaurant brands.

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help drive sales, deliver exceptional hospitality, develop a high-performing team and ensure every guest leaves wanting more. Whether it's a busy restaurant service, takeaway demand or delivery operation, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What you'll do

Support the General Manager to deliver sales, profit and operational targets.
Lead from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Drive food quality, consistency and operational excellence.
Manage labour, food and controllable costs to maximise profitability.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, compliance and health & safety.
Take full ownership of the restaurant when the General Manager isn't on site.

Previous management experience within a branded QSR or hospitality business.
Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
A natural coach who can motivate and develop others.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.
