As the General Manager, you'll help drive sales, deliver exceptional hospitality, develop a high-performing team and ensure every guest leaves wanting more. Whether it's a busy restaurant service, takeaway demand or delivery operation, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What you'll do

Deliver sales, profit and operational targets.
Lead from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Drive food quality, consistency and operational excellence.
Manage labour, food and controllable costs to maximise profitability.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, compliance and health & safety.

Previous management experience within a branded QSR or hospitality business.
Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
