  • Coordinating project activities, actions, milestones and reporting across multiple workstreams.

  • Maintaining programme documentation, trackers, governance records and project plans.

  • Managing and developing benefits tracking and performance reporting processes.

  • Collecting, validating and analysing operational and project data to monitor progress and outcomes.

  • Producing dashboards, reports and visual insights that support effective decision-making.

  • Supporting programme governance meetings, preparing reports and tracking key actions.

  • Working with stakeholders across the business to gather information and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and supporting their management.

  • Helping embed continuous improvement and best practice project delivery approaches.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data and coordinating multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll have:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data.

  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience supporting projects, programmes or business improvement initiatives.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to challenge, improve and learn.

Why join us?

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformation programme that is helping shape the future performance and reliability of our asset operations.

You'll work alongside experienced project professionals, operational leaders and technical specialists, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives that deliver real benefits for customers, communities and the environment.

In return, you'll benefit from:

  • Generous holiday allowance with the ability to buy and sell annual leave for added flexibility.

  • Competitive company pension scheme.

  • Training and development within the role.

  • Access to thousands of discounts and vouchers through Pennon Perks.

  • 24/7 support with our Employee Assistance Programme.
