The role

What you'll do

We're looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to keep our Microsoft 365 environment secure and our people productive. You'll support a hybrid team across London and remote locations, on both Windows and macOS devices.

Day to day, you'll look after user accounts and access, Exchange Online, device management through Intune and Apple Business Manager, and first- and second-line support. You'll work closely with the wider IT function on security, compliance and process improvement.

This role suits someone with a solid Microsoft 365 grounding who wants to grow. We'll support your learning, including Microsoft certifications.

  • Manage the Microsoft 365 tenant: users, groups, licences and admin roles
  • Administer Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including permissions, sites and sharing policies
  • Monitor service health, message centre updates and upcoming changes, and assess impact on users
  • Manage mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and calendar resources
  • Configure mail flow rules, connectors and retention policies
  • Support email security, including anti-spam and anti-phishing policies and SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Investigate delivery issues using message trace and quarantine
  • Manage identities, security groups and guest access in Entra ID
