On a typical day, you might coordinate inputs for key reporting deadlines, work with data and management information to identify trends or issues, help resolve data, reporting or planning queries, and produce clear outputs for stakeholders. You'll use your organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence with information to help the team deliver meaningful insight that supports effective oversight and decision-making. You may also support wider team activity, including people and financial reporting, communications, and the coordination of key meetings and events.
About you
As a minimum you'll have:
Strong data analysis and reporting experience, including advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI to analyse complex data, identify trends and produce meaningful management information and insight
Experience producing reporting, management information and analytical outputs for stakeholders, with the ability to interpret information, identify key themes and communicate findings clearly and effectively
Experience using automation and continuous improvement tools and techniques, including Power Automate or similar technologies, to streamline processes, improve efficiency and enhance reporting and data quality
Knowledge of operational risk management, risk frameworks, controls and governance, with the ability to interpret risk-related information and identify emerging risks, themes or areas requiring further investigation
Strong written communication skills, including experience producing reports, papers, presentations and communications for a range of audiences, and coordinating stakeholder contributions to agreed deadlines
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple activities and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs within tight timescales
Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge constructively and resolve issues to achieve the right outcome
A proactive approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues, recommend practical solutions and take ownership of delivery through to completion
Our customer first behaviours put customers and members at the heart of how we work together. They are the set of behaviours that every colleague needs to display, in every role:
Feel what customers feel - We step into our customers' shoes, using their feedback and insights to empathise with them and to understand their needs, so that every decision we make starts and finishes with our customers in mind
Say it straight - We are brave in speaking out and saying what we think - we're honest and direct with good intent, openly sharing diverse perspectives to reach the best conclusions and using language everyone can understand
Push for better - We don't settle for mediocrity, we challenge the status quo, taking responsibility for continuous improvement and personal development
Get it done - We prioritise what will have the greatest impact, we are decisive, and we take accountability for delivering brilliant customer outcomes
You can strengthen your application by showing how our customer first behaviours resonate with you, and where you may have already demonstrated these.
