We are seeking a Mainteance Team Leader on a Permanent basis, who will be responsible for leading a skilled mechanical maintenance team.

Working closely with Operations, Planning and Procurement, you will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure our maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards.

• Leading and supporting a team of mechanical maintenance engineers.
• Planning and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture across the team.
• Managing maintenance records using computerised maintenance system.
• Overseeing maintenance stores, spare parts and inventory.
• Managing contractors and ensuring work is delivered safely and effectively.
• Working with internal stakeholders to improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.
