The role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Work Order Administrator to support our service delivery and technical teams across the BAE Systems Air portfolio, ensuring work order compliance and the accurate collation of supporting paperwork.
What you'll do
- Liaise with subcontractors to request and obtain completed work order documentation.
- Upload paperwork accurately to the CAFM system, maintaining complete and compliant records.
- Record and report remedial works identified through completed documentation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts and VRFs.
- Work closely with service delivery and technical teams, providing additional administrative support when required.
How you'll work
Location: Preston
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4pm / 8am - 4:30pm
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience within a busy working environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A responsible approach to following company procedures and reporting service, safety, environmental or training concerns.
