The role

ROLE: Mobile Fabric Engineer
HOURS: 40 hours a week
LOCATION: Northeast Region, based around the Leeds area.

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will provide mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites, covering the Northeast region based around the Leeds area.

What you'll do

Deliver basic planned maintenance across the region.
Undertake all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
Ensure you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
Answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
