Requirements

What we're looking for

The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
The ability and willingness to obtain a high level of security clearance
Current UK Driving License (no endorsements)
Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, including occasional short-notice operational requirements
Excellent computer skills
The ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
The ability to produce accurate logs, reports and routine correspondence
Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills
Confidence, professionalism and absolute integrity at all times
A willingness to embrace new training, development opportunities and changes in working practices Willing to undergo any relevant training, work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
Encourage a high standard of Customer Care, advise and assist stakeholders on

Essential Skills

A valid SIA CCTV licence - (desirable)
1-2 years' experience working within a Security Operations Centre / Control Room environment - (desirable)
