As General Manager of our newest Rudy's Pizzeria, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the Rudy's experience to life in a new community. With full ownership of your Pizzeria's performance, people and culture, you'll have the autonomy to make your mark, build an incredible team and create something special from day one - all backed by a business that genuinely invests in its people and its leaders.

• Full P&L ownership - revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs
• Building and leading a high-performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure
• Driving a guest experience
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent at every level
• Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudy's values - passion, Pizza & people
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site

Salary: £40,000 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly
