Position: General Manager

The General Manager role at Rudy's is one of the most exciting leadership positions. You'll have full accountability for the performance, people, and culture of your Pizzeria - operating with genuine autonomy, backed by a business that invests seriously in its leaders.

Founded in Manchester in 2015, Rudy's Neapolitan Pizzeria has grown to 39 sites across the UK on the strength of one core belief: that authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with the finest Italian ingredients and served by people who genuinely care, is worth doing properly. • Full P&L ownership - revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs

• Building and leading a high-performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure
