We're recruiting experienced Chef de Parties to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season, cooking with fresh, quality ingredients alongside an experienced kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love producing great food, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes to our standards.
• Working as part of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team.
• Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Supporting your fellow chefs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Keeping high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety throughout service.

Who We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for cooking and fresh food.
• Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential.
• Someone who takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.
• A team player who enjoys working in a close-knit kitchen.
• Plenty of energy, resilience and a positive attitude.
• Someone who thrives under pressure during busy services.
