Job Description

As a Solicitor Advocate/Barrister your duties will include:

Provide expert advice and representation to clients across a range of Financial Mis-selling matters.
Prepare and present cases in court as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister.
Draft legal documents and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with colleagues to strategise and manage cases effectively.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of all proceedings and communications.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
Stay up to date with developments and changes in legislation relevant to the role.
