The role

As a Senior Management Accountant in Lymington, you will manage core management accounting activities for an Industrial / Manufacturing business, helping leaders understand financial performance and make informed decisions. You will work within the Accounting & Finance department to provide clear financial insight and maintain accurate reporting.

What you'll do

As the Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts to provide a clear view of financial performance.
Analyse financial results and explain key movements to support informed business decisions.
Produce regular financial reports for the Accounting & Finance department and wider stakeholders.
Maintain strong financial records and reconciliations to support reliable reporting.
Work with colleagues to gather financial information and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
Review costs and performance data to identify useful financial insights.
Support budget preparation and forecasting activity with clear, timely financial information.
Improve management accounting processes where practical to make reporting more efficient.
