Job Description

Ensure the smooth operation of healthcare services within the retail setting.
Provide professional advice and guidance to customers regarding healthcare and medications.
Maintain compliance with GPhC standards and regulations at all times.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of essential healthcare products.
Support and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency within the department.
Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures in the retail environment.
Working hours Monday - Friday 9-6 and working 1 in 2 Saturday's 9-1.
