About Our Client

Our client is a company within the energy and natural resources industry.

Job Description

Provide commercially focused legal support across construction, procurement, subcontracting, supplier arrangements and project delivery activities.
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including JCT contracts, installation frameworks, supplier agreements, subcontract terms and customer contracts.
Provide legal guidance on supply chain arrangements, covering warranties, liabilities, service levels, indemnities, insurance and quality standards.
Manage external legal advisers where specialist support is required, ensuring cost-effective and value-driven outcomes.
Develop a thorough understanding of business operations to deliver clear, commercially sound legal recommendations.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, using strong communication and influencing skills.

The Successful Applicant
