What you'll do

Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to designated business areas, building strong relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders.
Support the delivery of monthly management accounts, including performance reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, clearly communicating assumptions, risks, opportunities, and key financial drivers.
Provide meaningful financial analysis and challenge to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Work closely with operational leaders to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability improvements.
Apply a strong understanding of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
Support cash flow and working capital performance through effective financial management and stakeholder engagement.
Drive continuous improvement across reporting, controls, systems, and finance processes.
Present financial information clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Newly qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or an equivalent professional accountancy qualification.
Previous experience within business partnering, management accounting, financial analysis, or a commercially focused finance role.
Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.
Working knowledge of IFRS 15, revenue recognition, and project accounting principles.
A confident communicator who can build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to challenge constructively and translate financial information into clear business insight.
Advanced Excel capability with strong systems aptitude.
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI would be beneficial.
Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
