Job Description

Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector organisations.
Develop strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Talent, and Senior Leadership stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and virtual meetings to prospective clients.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately update CRM systems with activity and forecast information.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and partnership development.
