Service Manager in Grantham

• You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front of house and Workshop departments, managing productivity and efficiency across the team.
• You'll lead, coach and inspire a team of Technicians, Service advisors, and other vital members of the Service department to deliver great customer outcomes while meeting targets.
• You'll take accountability for departmental financials, working closely with the Parts Manager and other heads of department to ensure profitability, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction.
• You'll also be responsible for maintaining a positive team culture, driving performance and professional development across your department.

Full-time | 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
