Your place of work, what to expect

Nestled within the iconic Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in the heart of Mayfair, Mercante is our vibrant Italian restaurant inspired by the bustling markets of Italy. Serving authentic cuisine with warm hospitality, Mercante offers a welcoming dining experience where great food, genuine service and memorable guest moments come together.

Your day to day

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Take food and beverage orders and confidently advise guests on menu selections.
Communicate dietary requirements, allergies and special requests to the kitchen team.
Serve food and beverages in line with Marriott standards and outlet procedures.
Process guest orders and payments accurately using the MICROS system.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
Support opening, closing and daily operational duties.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Supporting all F&B outlets

As part of our wider Food & Beverage team, you may also have opportunities to support other outlets and events across the hotel, broadening your experience within a luxury hospitality environment.

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality or guest service is highly desirable.
