Senior Creative

Fantastic new role for a Senior Creative (retail experience design) to join a multi-award-winning retail experience design agency

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development from initial concept through to detailed design on small and large-scale projects
• Build strong narratives and standout design directions that connect emotionally and commercially
• Interrogate briefs, identify key objectives and demonstrate a solid understanding of the consumer journey
• Represent the agency confidently in client meetings
• Line manage and support the development of junior team members
• Produce CAD drawing packs and relevant specification documents

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in a relevant agency or industry role
• Strong conceptual thinker with an individual creative style
• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; proficient in 3D modelling and render programmes (SketchUp/V-Ray preferred)
• Experienced in reading and creating CAD drawing packs
• Commercially aware and culturally curious
• Collaborative, energetic and eco-conscious on materiality

Salary & Benefits

• £65k+
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday + Christmas to New Year period (with additional loyalty days after 3 years)
